This type of hazelnut is carefully selected from native varieties in the deep mountains of Northeast China, growing in mountain forests at an altitude of over a thousand meters. Abundant sunlight and fertile soil contribute to its excellent quality, resulting in plump and firm nuts. Each hazelnut is meticulously hand-picked to remove empty shells and shriveled kernels, leaving only top-quality nuts. A low-temperature light-roasting process is used instead of high-temperature frying to maximize the retention of the hazelnuts' natural oils and nutrients.
