This type of wild hazelnuts is harvested from the deep mountains at an altitude of a thousand meters in Changbai Mountain, far from artificial cultivation and industrial pollution, and grows naturally by absorbing the essence of rain and dew in the mountain wilderness. Each hazelnut is manually picked up by mountain villagers and undergoes multiple rounds of screening to remove empty shells and shriveled nuts, leaving only high-quality fruits with crisp shells and plump, firm kernels. Employing a low-temperature light-roasting process without adding any flavor enhancers, colorants, or preservatives, it maximally preserves the original flavor and nutritional value of the wild hazelnuts. When you take a bite, you'll first experience a rich nutty aroma, and upon further chewing, a mellow and long-lasting oil fragrance emerges, making it increasingly flavorful with each chew.
